Private Event Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. Reservations for the event space are confirmed upon receipt of a payment, as specified in the invoice provided. 1.2. Full payment for the event space rental is required before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds: 2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees: - Cancellations made 8 or more days before the event date: 50% of the total rental fee. -2.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
  3. Use of Facilities: 3.1. The event space shall only be used for the purposes outlined in the booking agreement. 3.2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted on the premises comply with local laws and regulations. 3.3. Any damage caused to the event space or its contents during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the client, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
  4. Insurance and Liability: 4.1. The client is required to obtain adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the event, including liability insurance covering any potential damages or injuries. 4.2. The event space shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage.
  5. Security and Safety: 5.1. The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all attendees during the event. 5.2. Any security personnel or additional safety measures required for the event shall be arranged and paid for by the client.
  6. Noise and Disturbance: 6.1. The client shall ensure that noise levels are kept within reasonable limits and do not disturb neighboring properties or residents. 6.2. The event space reserves the right to intervene and take appropriate action if noise levels become excessive or disruptive.
  7. Termination of Agreement: 7.1. The event space reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the client breaches any terms and conditions outlined herein. 7.2. In the event of termination due to client breach, no refunds shall be provided, and the client may be liable for additional costs incurred.
  8. Miscellaneous: 8.1. Any changes or modifications to the booking agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. 8.2. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the event space and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.


By booking the event space, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
